Ingredients

    2.0 oz Cream Cheese
    0.5 tsp Baking Powder
    0.13 cup Aldi's Friendly Farms Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original
    3.0 tbsp Coconut flour
    2.0 tbsp Magic Syrup Classic Maple
    2.0 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Wait about two minutes for batter to thicken and bubbles to settle. Fry pancakes in a buttered pan, or use a cooking spray like Pam, over medium heat (butter not included in recipe) 1-2 minutes per side. Serving Size: Makes 3 regular size pancakes
