Introduction

It was cold and I picked up the ground beef. Unfortunately when I got home I realized that I had no cabbage😪 That's when I started to think and decided to use bean sprouts instead. Ingredients

    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    .25 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    0.5 cup Bean sprouts
    12 oz Ground beef
    1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 serving Seasoning Salt-All Purpose (Cool Runnings Plus) Per 1 Tsp, 4 g (by YEENEKARA)
    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste

Directions

Brown ground beef add seasonings and all vegetables simmer add tomatoes paste water and chicken stock. Bring to boil let simmer.
