Ingredients

    1 Lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
    1 pkg taco seasong mix
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can Chile Hot Beans
    1 can whole kernal corn
    1 can stwed tomatoes (Mexican Flavor)
    1 can stewed tomatoes (any flavor)

Directions

Makes (12) 1 cup servings.
Brown meant and onions. Drain. Mix Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix and Taco Seasoning into ment. Then, without draining, add all the other ingredients. Simmer for about 1 hour.

    I loved this soup! I don't know why the nutritional value says 82 carbs though, I re-did it in the recipe calculator and got around 25 carbs per serving. Will be adding this to my dinner rotation. - 7/28/13

    Very yummy, especially if you like protein filled beans. My kids complained at first about it, but after eating a few bites they really enjoyed it. It is pretty thick, so I added some tomato juice to it since it is more like a chili than a soup. Will make this again for sure!! - 2/1/09
