Ingredients

    .5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    5 serving Roast Chicken Leg, with skin
    .5 tbsp Italian Salad dressing

Tips

Cooking time varies. 30 to 60 minutes depending on the size of the legs.


Directions

Place raw chicken legs in freezer bag with half a bottle of Italian dressing. Prepare a bag of Italian bread crumbs using bread and desired seasonings and place in one quart zipper bag. Put both Bags in a gallon zip lock bag and freeze. Thaw before use. Take each leg out of the marinade bag and shake in the breadcrumb bag one at a time. Place legs in preheated 350* oven and spray with non-stick spray. Cook until legs reach 180 degrees with cooking thermometer.
