Here is a moist, low fat cake to enjoy when you have a little bit of a sweet tooth.

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 Tbls. Apples Sauce, no sugar added
    2/3 Cups Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 1/2 Cups Flour
    3/4 Cup Raisins or dried Cranberries

Directions

Combine fix 6 ingredients and stir until smooth.
Combine Baking Powder and Baking Soda then wisk into mixture. Stir in flour. Add raisins until just combined.

Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake @ 350 degress for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan10 minutes before removing. Freezes well.
