Ingredients

8 oz. uncooked whole wheat spagetti
4 cups fresh spinach leaves, torn
3 tsp. olive oil
1 med onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 lb. shrimp
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs butter
Directions
Cook pasta, drain, stir in spinach and 2 tsp. oil. Cover and keep warm
While pasta cooks, heat remaining 1 tsp oil in 12 in skillet over med-high heat. Add onion; stirring cook about 1 min. Add shrimp, garlic & pepper flakes, stirring cook 2 to 3 min.
Stir in wine, broth, salt& pepper; cook 2 min or until shrimp are pink& firm; remove from heat; stir in parsley and butter until butter is melted. Add shrimp mixture to Pasta mix well and serve.
