Ingredients

1 serving 93% Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) (by JPUFFETT)
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.5 cup Tomato Sauce
1 serving "Great Value" Mixed Vegetables, Frozen (2/3cup)
2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
.5 tbsp Rosemary
.5 tsp Thyme, ground
.1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
.05 cup Cornstarch
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
1 serving CaUliflower, Raw 1 medium head (nutritiondata.com) (by MISSMERCURY0)
3 oz Cream Cheese
Directions
1. Brown meat and onions until cooked through.
2. Add seasonings, salt to taste, and flour - cooking for about 1 minute.
3. Add tomato sauce, frozen vegetables, and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
4. Make slurry of cornstarch and water to thicken sauce, add and stir well. Lower heat.
5. Once sauce is thickened, move to a casserole dish (8" square pan).
6. Break down head of cauliflower and boil in water until tender.
7. Process in food processor with 3 oz of cream cheese, salt and pepper until smooth. Add to top of casserole dish.
8. Bake at 350 until top is golden (can add cheese if desired).
