Ingredients

    1.0 block Tofu, firm
    0.25 cup Milk, 1%
    5.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    5.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    1.0 tbsp Nori Komi Furikake Rice Seasoning
    0.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt
    0.5 tsp Paprika
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly spray a large baking tray. 2. Slice the block of tofu into thin strips, roughly the size of traditional fish sticks. 3. In a shallow bowl, placed the bread crumbs, seaweed, salt, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning. In a second shallow bowl whisk together the milk, soy sauce, and lemon juice. 4. Dip each of the tofu sticks in the liquid so that it's fully covered and then roll it in the dry mixture so that it's fully coated. 5. Line the tofu on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook and till golden brown with a nice crispy crust. 6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
