Ingredients

    1 can 7.5 oz red salmon
    1serving light whole wheat bread torn
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced celery
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry in skillet sprayed with Pam, till browned and cooked through. Serves 2
