Introduction

Got this from allrecipes.com, but added a few twists of my own. Measurements are approximate. You could use low-fat french dressing to help with calories and fat, but I only had regular on hand.

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    1 c. french dressing (nutrition info was for regular)
    1/2 c. spoon size shredded wheat cereal, crushed
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper, or to taste
    1 TBS. grated parmesan


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, pour french dressing. In another shallow bowl, combine shredded wheat crumbs, with spices and parmesan cheese if desired (I added shredded parmesan after cooking). Dip chicken breast in french dressing, then in crumb mixture. Place in pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
