Ingredients

0.13 cup Almonds roasted and salted
    0.5 cup Coconut Shredded
    22 gram(s) Green Chillies
    5 gram(s) Coconut Oil Nutiva Organic 14g = 1 tbsp
    1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow
0.25 tsp asafoetida (hing) (by SHIRHPP)
    3 gram Aurora Sea Salt

Tips

While adding seasoning for the chutney at the end you may also add a few (4) curry leaves to the hot oil before adding mustard seeds.

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients except oil, mustard seeds & asafoetida in a blender along with 1/2 cup of water. Add little more water and blend it until you get a smooth consistency. Make sure you don't add too much water. You don't want a watery chutney. Transfer the blended chutney into a serving bowl.

In a small saucepan heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they start popping turn off stove and add asafoetida. Add this to the bowl of chutney. Now the chutney is ready to serve.
