Ingredients

16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
3 serving STEVIA EXTRACT IN THE RAW
2 tbsp Butter, salted
2 tablespoon canned milk your choice
.25 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated
Tips
cook until brown
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
melt 2 cups low moisture mozzarella & 3 tabl. cream cheese in microwave 30 seconds. repeat until fulled melted
let cool slightly add one egg
add 3/4 cup almond flour
place on top of large parchment paper
knead until smooth adding extra almond flour as needed
put ball between two large parchment papers
rolls into rectangle until 1/8 thick
cover with melted butter
add cinnamon & stevia
use on side of parchment paper and pull up doe
roll until all edges are covered
cut into 1 1/2 inch slices
coat 8x8 backing dish with cooking spray
turn rolls so in side shows in circle shape place into backing dish
add tables canned milk into rolls, into the cinn area
this adds extra moisture
bake until brown 10-25 minutes.
