Ingredients

    500 gr. (1 lb.) ground dark turkey
    800 gr. (28 oz.) tinned tomatoes
    100 gr. (3 oz.) tomato paste
    2 tbsp. canola oil
    1 celery stalk chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 small carrot chopped
    1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
    1/8 - 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Saute onion, celery and carrot in oil until soft. Add meat and break up so that there are no lumps. Cook meat until it's no longer pink. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cook on low light for 1 hour. If the sauce is too thick, add extra water.
