4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
20 grams Raisins
25 gram(s) Dark Chocolate, 65% Cocoa Nacional De Chocolate (by IRISHCURLS)
1 1tsp Coconut Oil
0.6 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
I add all the ingredients in a electric blender. I blend them for 2-3 min. And then bake in 200 celcius for 30 min.
