Ingredients

    284 Grams Blackberries, fresh
    1 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched
    5 tbsp Butter (salted) Members Mark
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp imitation vanilla flavoring
    4 grams Lemons, fresh, without peel

Directions

Preheat oven on 375. Rinse blackberries and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle 1 T. of your favorite powder no calorie sweetener, 1/8 tsp xanthan gum and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Give it a stir and set it aside. Next you will melt the butter and add your egg and whisk it together. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Place berries in a baking dish or skillet. (I used my cast iron skillet. Then spread the flour mixture on top of berries. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The top should be golden brown. Serving Size: 6 servings
