Introduction

Variation of my Homemade Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pasta Sauce. Variation of my Homemade Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pasta Sauce.

Ingredients

    1 Serving(s) Homemade Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce
    4 oz Jenio ground turkey 90% lean
    1 cup Spaghetti Squash
    1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Start by making a batch of my Homemade Red Bell Pepper Pasta Sauce, then brown ground turkey and add to sauce. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place sauce in bottom of crockpot. Cut squash in half width wise. Clean out the squash, cut halves in half again. Using 1/4 squash per person, place on top of sauce, cut side down cover and cook on low for 4 hours. When done, carefully scrape inside of squash with a fork creating long strands. Discard shell and add 1 serving of pasta sauce over top. Enjoy Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
