Ingredients

    48 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    Chili powder to taste
    Salt to taste
    28 oz can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Tips

I like to dice in homegrown peppers for added flavor and kick.


Directions

Brown the 3lb ground beef in salt and chili pepper, add large (28 oz) can of diced tomatoes after browned. I do not drain ground beef.
