    1 whole plain angel food cake
    4 cups of fat free milk
    2 lg. pk. sugar free- fat free pudding(any flavor)
    1 carton fat free cool whip ((unfrozen)
    springles for the top (optional)


Break up angel food cake in bite size pieace, put in a 13 by 9 in. cake pan. Pour 4 cups fat-free mike in bowl, blend in 2 lg. pks. fat free-sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix til thickens. Pour over broken up angel food cake pieces. Frost with unfrozen fat free cool whip, springle with chocolate fudge springles. Put in fridge to cool til serveing time. Enjoy! Can be made with any flavor pudding!
