I made this with a slight variations...I halved the recipe, using ony 1 can of soup & 1 can of milk, and added 1/3 c of diced green pepper & 1/3 c of diced yellow onion. Baked in a greased 9X13 baking dish at 350, covered with foil so it wouldn't dry out while baking. Thanks DANNI10 for inspiring!! - 3/9/10

    O.K.
The serving quantity is WAY off! Should be approx. 8 - Made this in the crock pot. Used 1 lb hamburger and only 2 cans of mushroom soup. (No reason for 4 cans!) Added a whole lot of veggies to make it healthier: chopped up cabbage, kale, carrots, celery, corn & tomato. Cooked high 1 hr & low 5 hrs. - 3/9/16

So so good. Small adjustments. But good. And family loved it. - 10/21/11

    Very Good
I have salt problems. So I cut down on the soups added. Used granulated garlic instead of garlic salt.
We like this recipe and will use it again.

    Very Good
I added peas and carrots, used real garlic and cheated with cubed frozen hashbrowns for the potato! Throws together very quickly and delish! - 1/23/11
