Ingredients

    1/2 a can of Tyson Chicken Brest in a can (kinda looks like tuna fish can)
    2 1/2 cups of Fresh Express Romaine Lettuce
    5 Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Carrots Chopped or shredded
    2 teaspoons Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    6 Fresh Gourment Country Ranch Croutons

Directions

Open and Drain juice from a can of Tyson's Chicken Breast, place chicken in microwave safe container and heat for 30 sec.

Cop or Shred carrots

In bowl mix Lettuce, Carrots, 1/2 of canned Chicken, and cheese and top with Croutons.

Store other half of Chicken in fridge for you next salad.... Make sure to use with in 2 days.
