    2 cup organic sweet potato puree (by MIRANDVI)
    1.5 cup Cauliflower Rice - Costco
    1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour (1 to 1 ratio of reg flour) (by TRICIARICE)
    .5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 serving taco seasining (by MKHOLLOWAY1)
    0.5 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)

watch you dont burn. alternately can be cooked on indoor grill or barbecue


Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking tray In the bowl of a food processor, puree the sweet potatoesuntil smooth. in a bowl, combine sweet potato cauliflower,garlic, taco seasoning, onion powder,egg,flax seed, and flours untill all incorporated. in a patty stacker, shape burgers as eenly as you can to make as many as you can. mine were about 1.5 tbsp per burger..freeze if you wish. for cooking place onto baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then gently flip each patty and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve as you wish
