Ingredients

    1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3.5 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tbsp Butter, salted Melted
    3 serving (tbts) Stevia in the Raw
    2 oz Fage 0% Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Put in measuring cup add water to 1 1/4 cup mark)

Tips

For fluffier pancakes mix the night before. I cover and leave on countertop until morning. This gives the flour time to absorb more liquid giving you extra fluffy cakes. You can put in fridge and keep for up to 3 days.


Directions

In bowl add flour, stevia, baking power, salt and mix. Then add melted butter, egg, and yogurt . Stir until mixed Use 1/4 cup measure to pour on pan or grill. Serving size 3 cakes.
