Ingredients

32 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 tbsp Sour Cream
3 tbsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup
4 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
3 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Steak seasoning To taste
Directions
Oven 350
Sauté onions, when translucent add ground beef. Add salt, pepper, steak seasoning stir. When beef is cooked drain and place back in pan. Add room temp cream cheese and sour cream. Stir well set aside.
Now, cauliflower follow microwave directions after steamed. Place in lg frying pan to remove all the moisture.
Take 13 x 9 spray coconut or avacado spray oil
Place cauliflower in bottom of pan, top with half the cheese and half the bacon crumbled. Followed by the meat mixture topped off by the rest of the cheese and bacon. 30 minutes
