Introduction

Low fat alternative for fajitas; Low fat alternative for fajitas;
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lg onion sliced into thin strips
    1 green bell pepper sliced into strips,
    1 cup mushrooms,sliced
    2 lg summer sqash (Slice squash round) about 1/4 thick
    1 lb of raw turkey breast sliced into thin 1-inch pieces
    Parkay butter spray
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    White pepper
    sea salt
    4-6 flour tortillas (Fajita style)
    salsa (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, slice all vegetables according to ingredient list; slice turkey and add to vegetables; season to taste with Mrs. Dash or your favorite seasoning, add white pepper and toss. Spray and heat a non-stick skillet or George Forman style in-door grill with non-stick cooking spray ; add vegetables and meat. Spray with Parkay butter spray (about 3 times) and saute . (If using the George Foreman, cook about 7-8 minutes or until turkey is cokked thoroughly and vegetables are tender). Stirring constantly to keep from burning.
Warm tortillas according to package directions.
Spoon mixture into warmed tortillas and enjoy.
Salsa may be added for more flavor
