    16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    1 serving Diced Tomatoes (can for sauce) (by NIMMIM)
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    2 cup Corn, Giant Frozen Yellow Sweet Corn 32oz/907mg Bag (1Cup/120gm) (by LIMASTAR)
    1 can (303 x 406) Peas, canned
    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    3 medium Carrots, raw
    .5 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh

Directions

cook hamburger, mix in with other ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes.
