Introduction

This is supposed to replicate the taste of Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup which I love and miss now I've gone plant based - it tasted pretty good but not like the original recipe (so I think I'll have to tweak it a little). Ingredients

    2 Cans chopped tomatoes
    1 can Baked Beans (I used no added sugar)
    6 medium Carrots OR 1 can carrots
    4 Pickled Onions (about 22.5g each) - chopped
    Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder or stock cube
    1/2 pint water

Directions

Cook the carrots in the water until softened & add stock cube
Add all the other ingredients & season to taste
Cook through
Blend (I used an immersion blender and it worked fine)
