Introduction

this is a great breakfast or desert! I add 2 TBL of maple syrup but you can add more or less depending on how sweet you like it. I think 2 is fairly sweet especially with the bananas but if you don't like it sweet you can omit the maple syrup completely.
You can use whatever type of milk you like, I prefer the canned coconut milk- just give it a good stir as it tends to separate in the can.

Ingredients

    2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
    22 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tbsp Syrup Maple Maple Valley Organic Grade B
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 dash Salt

Directions

1-mash bananas
2- add all ingredients except chia seeds and mix until well blended
3-stir in chia seeds
4-let sit in the fridge for a least 4 hours or overnight.
5-Enjoy!
this will last a few days in the fridge
