Ingredients

    Pasta, Barilla Cellentani, 16 oz
Kroger Lowfat Ricotta Cheese, 15 oz.
Classico Florentine Spinach & Cheese spaghetti sauce, 1 jar
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 15 oz
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions (any pasta shape that you want to use is fine). While pasta is boiling, cook spinach in skillet over low heat until just wilted. Mix with ricotta cheese and spices, to taste. Drain cooked pasta and dump into a 9x13 baking dish. Add ricotta mixture and spaghetti sauce and mix well. Arrange frozen chicken pieces on top of pasta mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
