    1.5 cup Barley, pearled, raw
    8 cup Vegetable Broth
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp Cumin seed

Very simple, filling, lenten, and delicious.


Directions

After sauteeing veggies, instant pot on high pressure for 18 minutes.
