Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    4 serving Ham John Morrell Diced 96% FF 2 oz.
    .5 small Onions, raw
    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter in skillet over med heat. If you have a cast iron skillet, you'll only need the 1 pan.
Add in onion & ham & cook about 5 min.
Meanwhile, place broccoli in microwave for about 2 min.
Whisk eggs & cream in small bowl.
Either pour over mixture in cast iron skillet or pour ingredients into greased pie plate.
Sprinkle cheese over the top & salt & pepper to taste.
Bake about 35 min, or until it doesn't shake in the middle.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
