Ingredients

    24 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
    1 cup, whole or halves Macadamia Nuts
    16 tbsp Almonds - sliced
    1 cup, chopped Pecans
    0.50 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
    .5 cup Pistachio Nuts
    4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 large Egg white, fresh
    .33 cup Coconut Oil
    0.25 cup Roddenbery's Northwoods Sugar Free Syrup

Tips

I used Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients.
In separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
Spread in lined sheet pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes in a preheated 300* oven.
Let cool completely. Break up and store in an airtight container.
