Ingredients

1 cup, halves strawberries, fresh or frozen
3 oz Protein Technologies International ProPlus Soy Protein Isolate (or your favorite protein powder)
4 cup, cooked kale or collard greens
    1 cup sliced peaches, frozen
0.5 cup apple sauce (optional - used in this recipe because we have apple trees)
10 gram(s) Trader Joe's Super Green Drink Powder (or your favorite super greens powder)

Tips

Versatile smoothie. Add different fruit, fresh or frozen.

Directions

Cook the kale (if you want to save time then cook a large batch to freeze). Add the fruit, frozen is more convenient. Add vitamin tablets, if desired. Add the kale last to fill the blender container, you may use more than four cups. Add enough water to blend. For convenience, you can leave the smoothie in the blender jar and store in the fridge for up to five days. Drink a cup each morning or evening.
