Ingredients

    1 1/4 CUPS BOB'S RED MILL OAT FLOUR
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 TBS sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg (beaten)
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 TBS Almond oil



    (4 serving Oat Bran, Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Oat Bran
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 tsp Almond Oil (by KAJOINER) )

Directions

Whisk dry ingredients together. Combine egg oil and buttermilk. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing only til incorporated. Cook on hot griddle or fry pan until bubbly, flip and brown second sice.
