Ingredients

    8 serving Country Hearth lite whole wheat bread (by MOSIEMAC)
    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6 serving STEVIA EXTRACT IN THE RAW
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 cup of water

    Dry bread out or use older slices of bread. Break or tear into pieces and place in a bowl. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread. Mix well. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and place mixture into cups evenly. Cover with foil and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 min.

Tips

Could be baked right away but I like to prepare it the night before.


Directions

Let bread slices dry out overnight or use older bread. Break into pieces and place in bowl. In another bowl beat eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia. Add 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Pour liquid over bread and mix well. Spay cupcake pan with cooking spray in fill each with about and ice cream scoop size amount of mixture. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator over night. Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 min. You may want to top with some pure maple syrup or other desired topping.
