Ingredients

    1 dash Salt
    2 cup, chopped Kale
    2 tbsp Almond Butter
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.50 serving Bob's Red Mill Organic Golden Flax Seed Meal 2T
    1 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    1 tbsp Chosen Foods Organic chia seeds
    0.50 cup Frozen Avocado Chunks
    1 serving Stevia (zero Calorie sweetener)
    1 cup Nancy Homemade Almond Milk
    1 serving ICE
    0.50 Cup FAGE 5% PLAIN YOGURT (170g)
    0.25 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries)

Tips

This smoothie is relatively low in carbs (but please note serving size!) at about 25 per serving. To make it even less, leave out the frozen berries and it comes to about 20 carbs per serving


Directions

Blend it all together!
May need more or less almond milk or water.
Adjust the Stevia or make it without. I go back and forth with it.
