Introduction

Ingredients

    2.0 serving Starkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz can)
    2.0 large Hard Boiled Egg
    4.0 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
    4.0 tbsp Kroger - Fat Free Sour Cream-2tbl
    0.5 small Onions, raw
    1.0 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 tbsp Relish (Heinz) Sweet Relish
    3.0 tsp Heinz yellow mustard

Directions

Drain tuna of the water well. Chop up celery, onion, and eggs. Add sour cream, mayo, mustard and relish. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything up well, and you can serve it right away, or chill until it gets nice and cold. Slap it on some bread or fill a pita with it, add toppings if you wish ( lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, etc...). Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 4- 0.5 cup servings.
