Ingredients

1-20 oz bag of Hurst Hambeens 15 Bean Soup, soaked overnight
1 pound Polish Sausage, sliced or chopped
4 carrots, peeled, sliced or chopped
6 medium stalks of celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 -10 oz cans of Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
2 tsp salt
3 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Soak beans overnight in enough water to cover them in a large cooking pot. Drain.
2. Add 10 cups of water to beans, add salt, pepper, carrots, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil, then lower to simmer.
3. When beans begin to soften to desired texture, add sausage and diced tomatoes. Simmer until sausage is fully heated.
Serving Size: 8 servings
