Ingredients

    4 tbsp Crisco Butter Flavor Shortening (by 13MARTI)
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    4 oz Friendly Farms Greek Nonfat PLAIN yogurt
    1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    .3 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .25 cup, halves Pecans

Directions

Cream shortening and sugar, add egg. Slowly add sifted dry ingredients. Add chopped apple and greek yogurt. Pour into greased 8X8 or 9X9 pan.
Topping: Mix sugar, cinnamon, butter and pecans (toast pecans on oven first). Sprinkle over top, bake about 25 min in a 350 degree oven. Cool and cut into 9 even pieces
