Ingredients

    16.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
    1.0 cup slices Radishes
    2.0 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
    4.5 cup Green giant Mashed Cauliflower cheddar & bacon
    0.75 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 tsp Oregano, ground

Directions

First dice your radishes. Next sautee radish and mushrooms in pan on med heat for about 5-10 minutes. Then add in ground beef along with all spices in recipe. While browning your beef mixture prepare your cauliflower mash following directions on box. Once ground beef has browned pour the whole mixture in oven safe dish and spread out. Pour on the mashed cauliflower and spread over ground beef evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese onto the top. Bake in oven at 450 for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
