Directions

This recipe calls for 1/2 lb of ground turkey 1/2 lb of ground Italian Turkey Sausage (if you only find links, remove casing) 1 full jar of Spaghetti Sauce Brown the turkey and sausage and drain off fluid (if mincing, add to food processor and chop until fine) Return to pan and add Spaghetti sauce Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and salt&pepper to taste. Cover and simmer In a mixing bowl Add ricotta, cream cheese, eggs, and parmesan cheese to bowl and mix well. (I added salt and pepper to my ricotta mix but not required) In a 8x8 baking dish, layer the ricotta cheese, meat sauce, 5 blend Italian cheese (layer as though you're making a lasagna) Finally top with the cheddar cheese Bake in 375 degree over for 30 mins Let cool, scoop and enjoy!
