Ingredients

.25 cup Honey
3 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Kikkoman Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
1 tsp Pepper, black
32 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g)
2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Notes: Mince garlic; use 2 lbs. of salmon; thinly slice green onions; at end, sprinkle fish with sesame seeds (1/2 tsp); use fresh ground pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.
In small bowl, whisk together first 8 ingredients.
Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet with skin side down. Fold up all 4-sides of the foil.
Spoon honey mixture over fish. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing foil.
Place in oven and bake for 15-20 mins depending on the thickness of the filet and to your preference of doneness.
Open foil packet and broil for 2-3 mins.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions after plating the salmon.
