Ingredients

    4 large Scrambled Egg
    3 serving Mission Yellow Corn Tortilla
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp *Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium

Directions

put butter in pan and put pan on high heat
cook tortillas till turn golden brown
add eggs once tortillas looked golden brown
stir eggs to make scramble with tortilla
and diced bell pepper and diced onions cover lid and let sit on low heat
