Ingredients

    4 bricks philadelphia light cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    4 eggs
    11 squares bakers white chocolate

Directions

Use an electric mixer to mix cream cheese, eggs and white sugar. Melt chocolate and fold into mixture. Bake in springform pan @ 400F for 15min, and then reduce to 200F for 1 hour. Let cool overnight in fridge before serving.
