Ingredients

    6 boneless pork chop, about an inch thick
    1 pkg of stuffing, (I use pork flavored Stove Top)
    2 tps olive oil
    1 can (20 oz) Apply Pie filling

Directions

Brown pork chops in oil. Then prepare stuffing as directed. Spread pie filling into a greased 13X9X2 baking dish. Put pork chops in and put stuffing on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 min. Then uncovered for 10 min.
