Introduction
This is a very good spaghetti casserole that can be a spicy or as mild as you like. This is a very good spaghetti casserole that can be a spicy or as mild as you like.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1lb Ground turkey
1 large onion, diced
1 bag frozen corn
1 can diced chile peppers
1 pkg taco seasoning
OR
1 tbsp (to taste) ground cumin
1 tbsp (to taste) chili powder
1 tsp (to taste) garlic powder
1 cup your favorite salsa
6 servings cooked spaghetti
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup water
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain
2. Cook turkey and onions in skillet until turkey is done and onions are soft
3. add water, seasonings, salsa, corn, half of the cheese and salsa
5. simmer for a few minutes
6. add spaghetti and mix well
7. put in an 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Add remaining cheese to top during last few minutes of baking.
Makes 6 servings
*optional - serve with shredded lettuce and tomoatoes and fat free sour cream (not included in nutritional values)
