Ingredients

    0.5 cup Butter, salted
    0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    4 oz Kabocha Squash (buttercup, japanese pumpkin)
    1.75 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    7 tbsp Dark chocolate baking chips, stevia
    0.25 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Salt
    12 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]

Directions

Melt butter Add sugars and mix well. Mix in pumpkin purée Mix dry ingredients separately. Add wet to dry. Stir in chocolate chips. Let chill 30 minutes. Form 12 balls. Flatten each ball. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 12 cookies
