Ingredients

0.33 tbsp Cream Cheese
0.25 tsp Baking Powder
0.33 serving organic pizza seasoning
0.25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
0.50 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
3 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites (1 egg)
Tips
Add whatever toping you want: cheese, pepperoni, bacon, green peppers, pineapple (controversial)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Turn waffle maker on or plug it in so that it gets hot.
2.In a small bowl add almond flour, egg white, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, baking powder, pizza seasoning (or garlic and Italian seasoning) and a pinch of salt.
3.Pour 1/2 of the batter in the waffle maker if using a mini or the entire batter if using a regular size, close the top, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until chaffle reaches desired doneness.
4.Carefully remove chaffle from the waffle maker, then follow the same instructions to make the second chaffle if applicable.
Serving Size: 1 (or 2 if using mini waffle maker)
