0.33 cup, grated Carrots, raw
0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw
1.0 cup, chopped Kale
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
0.5 cup, cubes Sweet potato
1.0 cup Lentils
16.0 oz chorizo sausage
1.5 cup diced Potato, raw
Directions
Sautee chorizo with onion and celery. Add water and potatoes. Being to a boil. Add carrots, kale and beef broth. Bring back to a boil. Add lentils and let boil for 20-30 minutes, until lentils are soft.
