Introduction
This is a delicious soup that's great for those cool winter days. The best part is it's so easy to throw together and will be done when you get home! Ingredients

Non stick cooking spray
32 oz. ground turkey, 93% lean
1 cup, onions, chopped
1 (15 oz.) cans chili Beans
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
10 oz. frozen corn
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 c water
2 (15 oz.) cans fire roasted diced tomatoes
2 pkgs. low sodium taco seasoning
Directions
Crock Pot directions
1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add the ground turkey and cook over medium heat until turkey is browned. Move to crock pot.
2. Add all other ingredients to crock pot and stir well.
3. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
Stove top directions
1. Brown beef with onions in a medium soup pot or Dutch oven.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
Additions: This would be even more delicious if you add some cilantro, low-fat cheese, and/or low-fat sour cream.
This recipe yields 8 servings of about 1 1/2 cups
