Ingredients

0.50 tsp Salt
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
0.50 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
1 tsp chilli powder
0 gram(s) amchoor (mango) powder
0.50 tsp Spices, Turmeric
1 cup Millet flour (by JEL4HM)

Directions
Take 1 cup water in a pan. Let it come boil, add 1/2 tsp salt, add Bajri flour cover the pot and let it cook for 1 minute medium to high temp. after 1 minute mix well with wooden spoon. Let it cool down. Add turmeric. red chilly powder, ground black pepper and Aamchoor
powder. knead well for 2 minutes. make 6 equal parts. Again knead 1 part well before rolling it into a roti with rolling pin, sprinkle some bajri flour while rolling so it would not stick to the pin. Heat tawa and put roti on to the tawa, let it cook for 30 to 40 seconds, turn it over let that cook for 30 to 40 seconds, than with cloth try an make it fluff up. It should turn fluff like regular roti. Put some ghee. Make all the other roti . It will turn to be very soft roti. Serve with any sabji. Enjoy
